Life often presents us with challenges that can irritate us and throw us off balance, causing us to lose contact with ourselves, our feelings and needs. I'm here to sensitively support my clients in getting closer to themselves again, recognizing their needs and strengthening their inner resources. 

I was able to share many stages of my life with other people, in international corporations, in a management consultancy as well as in a clinic for psychosomatics and psychiatry and in the context of social service. The professional and private experiences in combination with my education help me to meet people in their individual situations neutrally, to get to know them with openness and to work on their issues together.
